Paper Arts This group meets on the third Tuesday of the month at Powell United Methodist Church at 1:00 pm. Paper arts is the art form employing paper or cards as the primary artistic medium for the creation of three-dimensional objects. It is the most widely used material in arts and crafts. It lends itself to a wide range of techniques, as it can be folded, cut, glued, molded, stitched, or layered. In addition to making personal projects, members of our Paper Arts group provide all the beautiful programs for our Candy Cane Gala and Spring Fling. We love what we do and the people we do it with. Our main emphasis is on greeting cards but not exclusively. We share new ideas, products and techniques to help grow your paper crafting skills.
